How we work

We clean the outside of houses — roofs, pavers and hardscape, gutters and windows — across Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Orange Park, Green Cove Springs and Callahan.

The thing we care most about getting right is matching the method to the surface. Most of the damage we get called out to look at was done by someone using high pressure where a cleaning solution was wanted: stripped shingle granules, streaked vinyl, furred-up timber, pavers with the sand blown out of the joints. Once that has happened, cleaning will not undo it.

So we look at what we are standing in front of before we pick a tip. Hard surfaces that can take pressure get pressure; anything organic, painted, coated or fragile gets a solution and time. It is slower on the day and it is the difference between a clean house and a damaged one.
